Which Additives Should You Eliminate From Your Diet?

Hello friends, and welcome to this month’s Joyinmovement newsletter,

The results are in and last month’s newsletter topic, Scottish Showers, is a winner. So many fun emails from readers who are in all stages of making friends with Scottish Showers! This reminded me to tell you that I do archive each and every newsletter, even going back eleven years when I first started writing these Joyinmovement letters. Since last month’s newsletter was a long two-parter, I’m keeping it short this month. I love when readers send me links to articles they think would interest me. And my readers know me well! This article is an incredible overview of food additives: what they are and why they are used, how the FDA approves them, which ones are banned and which ones to avoid. I especially liked reading about the additives to avoid. It’s a great reminder, and I guarantee you’ll be surprised at some additives found on the “avoid” list.
